AIM: The main aim of this project is to design PC OPERATED WIRELESS ROBOT CONTROLLING PURPOSE: The purpose of the project is to design the robot which operates using commands from PC. METHODOLOGY: BLOCK DIAGRAM Transmitter Section: Fig 1(A): Transmitter Section Receiver Section: POWER SUPPLY: DESCRIPTION: Now a day's every system is automated in order to face new challenges. In the present days Automated systems have less manual operations, flexibility, reliability and accurate. Due to this demand every field prefers automated control systems. Especially in the field of electronics automated systems are giving good performance. Here in this project the robot follows a particular path in such a way that robot’s path always depends on the instructions given by the user from PC. In this project “PC OPERATED WIRELESS ROBOT CONTROLLING”, as the title indicates that controlling action of Robot is done through the PC. In this project, there are two sections (transmitter & receiver) as shown in the block diagrams. In Transmitter Section, the instructions are given from the PC. The instructions such as Left, Right, forward, backward and stop instructions are used to control the direction of robot through wireless communication i.e. RF with the help of PC. The data resembling the action for the instruction is sent by RF transmitter. In Receiver Section, the signals from the transmitter section are received by the RF receiver through the receiving antenna. The Controller will control the Robot direction according to the instruction which is given at the transmitter section. Then the Robot will move in that particular direction for the given instruction. Hardware used: TRANSMITTER SECTION: • Microcontroller • RF transmitter • Encoder • MAX 232 • PC RECEIVER SECTION: • Microcontroller • RF receiver • Decoder • H-bridge • Motor Software used: • Keil • Embedded ‘C’ • Express PCB • Express schematic Applications: • In remote controlled applications • In industries RESULT: According to this project we can implement an robot ,which operated using PC.
