AIM: The main aim of this project is to design lawn maintenance. PURPOSE: The purpose of the project is to take care for lawn/garden. METHODOLOGY: BLOCK DIAGRAM: POWER SUPPLY: DESCRIPTION: In the present day life air pollution is becoming a big problem because of increase of vehicle users. In this polluted world its our responsibility to protect the natural resources. The main solution for this is the plantation. As the responsible person to protect the trees it is our duty to maintain a Garden in house. Even though we are maintaining a garden it is difficult to monitor the plants, and feed-up water on a timely basis or when they require. A separate person has to be allotted to monitor the plants for their proper growth. This is some how expensive. To overcome this problem here we are presenting a project which reduces the expenses what we are spending for the gardeners and providing automation for their feeding. The present project LAWN MAINTENANCE SYSTEM is briefly automating the motor on/off based on the sensors buried in the soil. The microcontroller gets the input from the sensors and controls the motor. The principle is that here two sensors are buried in the soil. The sensors get enabled when water touches the sensors. The motor will be on when both the sensors are disabled and it will be OFF when the sensors get disabled. The sensors could be increased further in number for better performance of the system. Hardware components: • Micro controller • sensors • Power supply • motor • Buzzer Software Tools: ● Keil micro vision ● Embedded C ● Express PCB RESULT: According to this project we can develop a system which is useful in maintenance for lawn.
