AIM: The main aim of the project is to design a system for controlling of dish antenna direction for gaining max signal strength. Purpose: The main purpose of the project is to design a system for controlling of dish antenna direction for gaining max signal strength. Block diagram: Description: Generally in the previous days we don’t have dish antennas and all the star connections are connected by cables and even today 80% percent of the people are using the cables when compare to the modern connection of DTH. Those who are using the antennas for star connection they may be in confusion that in which direction the signals will be clear or they can receive a clear picture. From this above mentioned concept we had developed a project in which the antenna will automatically senses the signal and will be rotated in that direction where the signal strength is more with the both axis X & Y. But actually here keeping the budget of the project in the mind we had took a concept oriented demo for this, as we can not bare a much on the signal detecting circuitry. For the distributors it is difficult to adjust the direction of the antenna in minute angles by manually. That’s why we are designing an automated system for the direction control of the dish antenna for proper signals from the satellites. Hardware Components: ● Microcontroller • Two motors • Antenna plate • Keypad • Power supply Software tools: • Keil u-vision • Embedded ‘C’ • Express PCB Applications: ● Telecommunications • Military applications Result: According to this project we can implement a system for controlling dish antenna direction for maximum gaining of signal strength.
