Programmable temperature Motor control system USING INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM

 

The project automatically turns on the cooler or heater by comparing the environmental temperature with the input that is obtained from the keypad. The project uses the AT89c51 controller as its heart. The relays to activate cooler and heater is derived from the ports of controller, while a LCD display shows the current temperature reading and preset reading a small keypad is also interfaced to get the input temperature level to be maintained. When the temperature drops below specified value the heater is switched on and when the temperature found more than input value the cooler is turned on automatically. The sensor is lm35, which is a three-pin device, converts the temperature data as a voltage data, which is an analog data The project uses a AT89c51 microcontroller as its heart the lm35 is a monolithic sensor whose conductivity/output voltage increases with the temperature as a summary to say “as temperature the output voltage of the LM35 increases gradually with the rise in temperature the output is fed to the adc circuit which feeds the equivalent digital data to the microcontroller the input data is now processed for the changes in the temperature and correspondingly drives the cooler or heater so as to maintain the constant pre settled temperature.
