FRAMEWORK ON LARGE PUBLIC SECTOR IMPLEMENTATION  OF CLOUD COMPUTING

Abstract:

 

Cloud computing enables IT systems to be scalable and elastic. One significant advantage of it is users no longer need to determine their exact computing resource requirements upfront. Instead, they request computing resources as required, on-demand. This paper is written to introduce a framework specific for large public sector entities on how to migrate to cloud computing. This paper can then be also be a reference for the Organizations to overcome its limitations and to convince their stakeholders to further implement various types of Cloud Computing service models.

 

          Existing System:

 

                 UN IT environment is characterized by low asset utilization on it physical infrastructure, a fragmented and disparate demand for resources, duplicative systems, localized environments which are challenging to manage, and long procurement lead times. These inefficiencies negatively impact the Organization’s ability to fulfill its mandate.

 

    That the stakeholders of the UN, in this case, the Member States of 193 countries, requires the UN not to host their data to Private Sector entities. While at the same time, there are pressures from the Member States, who is approving entity of the UN biennium budget to cut cost.

 

          Proposed System:

 

       The UN has quite successfully implemented the Infrastructure Cloud Computing to all its services in Headquarters, Peacekeeping (PK) Mission, and Offices Away from Headquarters. The UN has migrated almost all of their core services into a virtualized environment.

 

This entails, migrating the once physical servers to virtual machines, having redundant storage area networks (SAN), and implemented a collocation server for disaster recovery. This is defined in the IT market as a Private Cloud, where the cloud infrastructure is operated solely for an organization It may be managed by the organization or a third party and may exist on premise or off premise. By having a Private Cloud, the UN can provision servers much faster and more consistently. This paper can then be also be a reference for the Public Sector Organizations such as the UN, to overcome its limitations and to convince their stakeholders to further implement other types of Cloud Computing.

     LOGIN:

 

The registered users are then authenticated against the claimed credentials

Only authenticated users can view their personalized cloud database detail.

 When user enter this page, then they must be give the correct user name and password.It checked whether the username, passwords are correct, then it will enter cloud page  Otherwise, it is locked.

    REGISTRATION:

 

Users detail registered to the cloud Database ,When new user came, and then fills the registration form.User registration form contains the user name, Password, Conform password etc…. When user fill the all details then, press finish button.When press finish button, then it will create and stored the user information in the Cloud database.

  Home:

In cloud home page will display about the details of cloud computing and cloud database.

 

  Cloud Login:

           

        In Cloud Login you first register the register form and then you get a cloud       username and cloud password.When user fill the all details in cloud login and then give finish button.If your cloud password and username is correct means your authorized person in cloud   Database Otherwise you’re not authorized in cloud database

Finally stored in the cloud database in your detail.

 Cloud database:

If you’re entered in the cloud database you access your database in cloud.

You can access the cloud database in file upload, file download and file create and read and also you can store data in cloud database.

 Fileupoad:

  In cloud you can upload many files in your cloud storage and you can store your upload files for example filename, file path etc….

 

 Filedownload:

 

In cloud you can file download many files in your cloud storage and you can store your Download files for example filename, file path etc….

 

File read and writes:

 

 In cloud database you can file read and write in your cloud storage and you can store your File read and write.

 

 

 

Cloud Admin login:

 If your cloud Admin login password and username is correct means your authorized person in cloud Database.

 Otherwise you’re not authorized in cloud database

Finally stored in the cloud database in your detail.

Admin Database:

In admin database user data are stored in the admin database. To identify the hacker also in Admin side.
